1 General Terms and Eligibility

By accessing or using the jate9 website and platform, you are automatically considered to have fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and the jate9 platform ("Company").

New members have the opportunity to receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳20,000. The following conditions apply to receive this bonus:

• A 25x wagering requirement must be met to withdraw the bonus amount.
• The wagering must be completed within the specified time after receiving the bonus.
• Bets placed with the bonus must meet the minimum odds requirement.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited.

4.2 Other Promotions

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If a user violates bonus terms, opens multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, or attempts to collect bonuses through any other fraudulent means, the earned bonuses and winnings will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

5 Gaming Rules

All games on the jate9 platform are conducted fairly. We use technology from certified game providers to ensure fairness.

5.1 Game Results

All game results are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. If a game remains incomplete due to a technical issue, the last confirmed result will generally be considered valid. In the event of any dispute over game results, jate9's server logs will be treated as the final evidence.

5.2 Betting Rules

• In sports betting, stake amounts and odds will be paid according to pre-established rules.
• Betting on all sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi follows set rules.

6 Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any such activity will result in the immediate closure of the account and the balance may be forfeited.

7 Account Closure and Suspension

7.1 By the Company

jate9 may suspend or close an account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• If evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity is found.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of false documents.
• Under the direction of a legal or regulatory authority.

7.2 By the User

You may request the closure of your account at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any outstanding balance before the account is closed. A request for voluntary self-exclusion under responsible gaming can also be made through the support team.

8 Limitation of Liability

The Company's liability for any loss incurred while using the jate9 platform is limited. jate9 will not be held responsible in the following cases:

• Loss caused by the user's own negligence or error.
